Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPN73 website, user panel, and subscription service. It explains what data is handled, why it is used, and how it can be deleted. Account and order data are used to deliver the service; they are not records of content accessed through international routes. Please read this policy together with the Terms of Service.
Account and Order Records
Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required for registration. The account system processes login credentials, subscription status, and data usage to identify accounts, determine service entitlements, and calculate charges. Data usage does not include a list of websites visited.
For transactions, we retain order details, amounts, payment status, and transaction reference identifiers to activate plans, reconcile payments, and handle refunds. When you submit a support ticket, we process the issue description and attachments you provide. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or full subscription URLs in support tickets; redact sensitive information from diagnostic screenshots first.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Status
VPN73 follows a no-logs policy. We do not record which websites users access through the subscription service, retain browsing content or history, or store DNS query records that could reveal browsing destinations. We do not create activity profiles linking accounts to destination websites.
This service does not continuously retain connection logs that could be traced to an individual's browsing activity. Temporary session status required to operate a connection is used only to maintain the current connection and is cleared when the session ends. Troubleshooting uses only necessary technical error information and does not turn it into browsing records; temporary diagnostic data is deleted once the issue is resolved and its purpose has ended. Orders, cumulative data usage, and website analytics are handled separately under this policy.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser categories, button use, and loading errors so we can improve content and service processes. Analytics on the marketing website are separate from activity through subscription routes; analytics scripts are not used to collect content users view through those routes.
Cookies and local storage support features such as session identification, login status, and language preferences. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Browser settings can restrict cookies or clear local storage, but this may sign you out, reset preferences, or make some features unavailable. Clearing browser data does not delete your account or orders from the service.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
We support Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider or transaction network. VPN73 receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to reconcile an order, and does not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets. Third parties handle payment data under their own policies, and VPN73 does not control records on public transaction networks.
Data is used only for the service purposes described in this policy. We do not sell users' personal data. If a technical service provider must process data, the scope and purpose of that processing are limited. When applicable law or valid legal process requires disclosure, we provide only the information legally required and necessary; this does not expand routine data collection.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the subscription. Order and refund data is retained until transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, and any applicable legal retention obligations are complete. Support ticket and analytics data is deleted or de-identified when its support, diagnostic, or analysis purpose ends; collected data is not kept indefinitely.
Users can sign in to the panel and use support tickets to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data, specifying the scope of the request. We verify control of the account before processing it. If some records cannot yet be deleted due to an open transaction, dispute, or legal obligation, we will explain why and restrict their use. Residual data in backups is removed as backups rotate and is not restored for routine business use.
Security Responsibilities and Policy Updates
This service limits access to data according to business needs. Users should keep account credentials and subscription information secure, sign out after using shared devices, and report any unusual activity through a panel support ticket. Do not post complete account details on public channels when seeking help with an account.
Policy changes will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Material changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. If a new purpose for processing requires separate consent, we will complete the relevant process first. Questions about this policy or data handling can be submitted through a panel support ticket.
